Terms of Sale
By placing an order you are offering to purchase a product on and subject to the following terms and conditions. All orders are subject to availability and confirmation of the order price.
In order to contract with Expier Ltd, you must be over 18 years of age and possess a valid credit, debit card issued by a bank acceptable to us or another authorised means of payment. Expier Ltd retains the right to refuse any request made by you. If your order is accepted, we will inform you by email and we will confirm the identity of the party which you have contracted with. When placing an order, you undertake that all details you provide to us are true and accurate, that you are an authorised user of the credit, debit card or other payment method used to place your order and that there are sufficient funds to cover the cost of the goods. The cost of foreign products and services may fluctuate. All prices advertised are subject to such changes.
Once we have received your order, we will send an email confirmation of your purchase. It is important that you enter the correct e-mail address when placing your order. We recommend saving this email in order to facilitate any contact with customer service you may have in the future. The order confirmation also serves as guarantee of proof of purchase.
Expier Ltd understands how important security is to our customers. We therefore only accept payment online via PayPal. You do not have to have a PayPal account, you can pay through PayPal using your debit or credit card. PayPal uses cutting-edge data encryption, fraud detection tools and all kinds of other advanced techniques to improve security and is one of the most trusted online payment systems. PayPal accepts VISA, VISA Electron, MasterCard, Maestro, Solo and American Express. PayPal services manages all of our banking transactions. Expier Ltd does not store any credit card numbers.
Our system operates so that once your payment has been processed and cleared, we will then dispatch your item. Therefore, please ensure you have adequate funds in your account to cover the order. If we have a problem with your payment, we will inform you either by email or telephone. It is recommended that you check your email often and supply a telephone number we can contact you on easily if the order is urgent, as we may need to contact you before we can dispatch your order.
All prices shown on the Expier Ltd website, www.expierlondon.com, are including VAT, in accordance with the applicable legislation. In case an order will be shipped to a delivery address outside the EU, please note that the VAT is removed at the checkout or earlier depending on which country the product will be delivered to.
Please note that in the case of an order shipped to a delivery address outside the EU, you may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are collected when the shipment reaches your delivery address. You will be responsible for payment of such import duties and taxes. It should be noted that Expier Ltd has no control over these charges and, since these charges are different for different countries, Expier Ltd cannot predict their amount. Expier Ltd advises you to contact your local customs office for further information.
Expier Ltd has the right to adjust prices, involve additional cost and change product information such as product pictures and offers without notice. The product images and information texts available reflect the product as much as possible. We reserve the right for any errors that may appear on the page and cannot guarantee that all pictures accurately reflect the true appearance of the products. The pictures may differ depending on the colour settings in your computer. All pictures should be seen as illustrations only, and do not guarantee correct appearance and characteristics.
Expier Ltd holds the right to correct incorrect prices on all orders as well as final sales. If a price is incorrect, this may compel Expier Ltd to cancel the purchase and refund any amount paid in the best way. This can be performed at any time.
Once your order is successfully submitted, our warehouse processes your order the following business day. It is then picked, packed, and despatched. Once it is on its way to you, you will receive an email notification containing your tracking information, along with an estimated delivery date. You should receive your order within 3-5 business days. Packages are not shipped nor delivered on weekends and local public holidays. In cases where the order has been despatched, the customer is required to receive the order.
Expier Ltd ships worldwide. Deliveries are made in cooperation with the postal services and their partners. It is important that you as a customer carefully check your products when you receive your shipment in order to verify that the products are not damaged and are correct. If your product is damaged in transport, whether the damage is visible or hidden, you must report this as soon as possible. If you receive your item and see that it is damaged or does not match the one you ordered, you shall also contact us within 14 days from receiving the product.
Please note that our delivery times are estimates and may vary due to external factors outside of Expier’s and our courier’s control. These factors may include but are not limited to, extreme weather conditions, technical failures, customs delays, etc. Whilst Expier Ltd does not take responsibility in shipment delays nor damages caused during transportation, we value our customers. You can track your shipment with the Order Tracking ID but please contact us if you come across any issues.
In the event you wish to cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible. The cancellation is not valid until the customer has confirmed with Expier Ltd via email. If we are unable to process the requested cancellation immediately, usually because the package has already been shipped, we will contact our courier to have the package returned to our warehouse. Only once the package has returned to our warehouse, will we be able to process the cancellation.
If a product has been discontinued, Expier Ltd has the right to cancel the purchase and refund the paid amount to the customer. Expier Ltd will notify the customer of a replacement or equivalent products if available.
Consumers have the right to return the orders. If for any reason you are unhappy with them, please contact the Expier Customer Care team at firstname.lastname@example.org before returning your goods and within 14 days of receiving your purchases. The right applies only in the case that the product and its original packaging can be returned in the same condition as when received. Return shipping expenses is covered by Expier Ltd. If consumers use their right to send back an order, they should contact Expier Customer Care team in order to get a return label. Once the team are contacted, they will provide full shipment information and a prepaid return label, which can be printed and attached to the parcel. Expier Ltd does not take responsibility for any items lost during the return shipping. For any further information please read our Return Policy.
All our products are made with high quality materials and come with a ten-year manufacturer’s warranty. Under the limited warranty, your product part(s) and workmanship are guaranteed under normal use for ten years from the date of purchase. If you become aware of a defect in parts or workmanship during this time, Expier Ltd will, at its sole discretion, provide for repair or replacement of your items in accordance with the terms herein. If your product or any original parts are not available, a substitute of equal value may be provided for purposes of repair or replacement.
To have replacement covered under this warranty performed, please contact the Expier Customer Care team at email@example.com to report the issue. Please specify your name, address, order number and a detailed description of the issue with relevant photographs. Finally, write ‘reclaim of purchase’ as subject of the e-mail. Kindly note that return shipping expenses is not covered by Expier Ltd. If Expier Ltd cannot find any defects described above, the product will be sent back to the customer.
Please note that Expier Ltd warranty does not cover any of the following:
• Battery, straps, crown, or glass replacement
• Defects and damages due to loss, theft, fire, water, or natural disasters
• Failure or damage caused by improper use, carelessness (knocks, dents, crushing, broken glass, etc), or accidents
• Failure or damage caused by unjustifiable repair or modification
• Aesthetic changes, defects, and damages due to normal wear and tear and ageing (e.g. minor scratches on the case and/or glass, altercation of the strap, etc)
• Watches where the serial number is missing or has been erased, altered, falsified, replaced, defaced, or made illegible

At Expier Ltd, we aim to serve every customer to the best of our abilities, however, should anything fall short of satisfaction, please write to us to log a complaint. Any complaints shall be made to our customer service through our contact form on the contact page. Please supply the order number and the reason for complaint and we will get back to you shortly. Defective products returned to Expier Ltd should be treated as if they were faultless. It is extremely important that the product is packaged in such a way that it cannot be damaged during transit in all types of returns. Expier Ltd has the right to replace defective goods with goods of the same model. If the item has been discontinued, the customer will receive a full refund. In the case that a returned product has no errors or faults, Expier Ltd will send the product back to the customer.

Retention of title
All products remain in Expier Ltd property until full payment is made.
All frauds are reported to the authorities and Expier Ltd reserves the right to cancel the purchase if any suspicion is raised.
Governing Law and Jurisdiction
If a provision of these terms and conditions is determined by any court or other competent authority to be unlawful and/or unenforceable, the other provisions will continue in effect. If any unlawful and/or unenforceable provision would be lawful or enforceable if part of it were deleted, that part will be deemed to be deleted, and the rest of the provision will continue in effect.

Although we aim to update this website with accurate information including new or discontinued products, errors can be made. Where a product listed on this site has been discontinued or is out of stock, we cannot adhere to our estimated delivery time, you will receive an email and telephone call notifying you of this.
We also reserve the right to cancel any order where a mistake has been made with the pricing of a product.
